Celebrating World Book Day encouraged and inspired the children to share and enjoy their favourite stories with one another. The children spent the day participating in Mary Poppins activities including book quizzes, creative writing, drawing about their favourite characters and creating their own kites. The children loved the theme of the day, especially the opportunity to test their kites outside in the sun!
Congratulations to all children for putting thought and effort into the day, and of course to parents and carers who supported them.
