Dear Parents/carers,
Our year 5 teacher, Miss Pountney, has volunteered to support colleagues in Laos during the summer holidays. However, she has to fund her travel and pay towards the cost of the programme. We have decided to support her in this wonderful venture, to show our commitment to help improving education Globally.
So on Friday 5th April we are holding Laos day-children are invited to come into school dressed in the colours of the Laos flag, as shown above, for a donation of £1.
Miss Pountney will be leading an assembly to share information about her trip with the children.
