Spanish in year 3

Scotland and Wales classes were learning how to say that they were different animals in Spanish this week.  They were able to say, read and write the phrases.  Take a look at their wonderful work.

Northern Ireland have been learning how to greet each other, ask each other what their name is and how they are feeling. Their partner was then able to reply to all their questions in Spanish.

 This half term we have been recapping how to have a basic conversation, number and colours in Spanish. The year group have loved learning Spanish this half term.

 Today the children in Scotland Class have been learning how to ask their partner how they are and what their name is.  As you can see, their conversational skills are very impressive already.

This half term the year three children have been learning how to say the names of different instruments in Spanish.  They have also been learning how to say 'I play' and which determiner to use for each instrument.

India Class Spanish

 

India Class have been counting to ten in Spanish. 

¿Cómo estás?

Year 3 have been having conversations with their friends in Spanish. Last week they learnt how to say 'How are you?' and reply. They also learnt how to ask someone their name and respond. Well done Year 3.

USA learns to speak Spanish!

In our spanish lesson today USA practiced saying the different seasons (las estaciones). USA enjoyed learning about each season and practicing saying different phrases to their talk partners! Keep up the great work USA!
