Jamaica class had the best time at forest school this week. Although it was a little chilly, we explored our woodland and noticed some trees and plants springing into life, with new buds growing and leaves unfolding!
We loved making dens out of big sticks and tarpaulin. We even made a little special den for our woodland friends to stay warm using some extra evergreen cuttings.

Then we made some delicious cakes and hot chocolate in the mud kitchen, as well as lovely mud paintings on the outside canvases. Some of our class even dared to try out the ropeswing for the first time!
A very memorable forest school session full of great teamwork, imagination and lots of fun!
We can't wait for more forest school adventures next week!
