Bread Tasting in Brazil

To kick start our bread making week for D+T, Brazil class taste tested a wide range of breads. The children each formed opinions on the taste, texture and appearance. As a class, the vast majority preferred the fruit loaf and the tiger loaf. The least favored was the gluten free and rye bread. The class can’t wait to create their own loaves by the end of the week.
