The children in Reception have been busy exploring the new resources we have introduced within our outside area.
We have seen their amazing imaginations showcased within our role play area, with some scrumptious food being served up for all to eat at our Gruffalo cafe (we have quite a few chefs in the making!)
Their scientific and critical thinking skills have been shown whilst in the water area, as we identify ways to help the water travel from one receptacle to the next.
They have demonstrated their gross motor skills through the obstacles they have been creating. Working together as a team and discussing, sharing and planning their ideas has enabled them to create some amazing obstacles for all to use and enjoy. The children's confidence and resilience to tackle challenges has shone through.
We cannot wait to see what Spring has in store for more outside learning and fun.
