To kick start our bread making week for D+T, Mexico class taste tested a wide range of breads. The children each formed opinions on the taste, texture and appearance. As a class, the vast majority preferred the tiger loaf. After our tasting, the children then designed their own bread product, which they were able to go on to make, taste and evaluate.
