Weekly Newsletter 6/11/2020

6th November 2020

Dear Parents,

PLEASE BE REMINDED IT IS AN OFFENCE TO STOP/PARK ON THE ZIG ZAG LINES OUTSIDE SCHOOL
I am putting this reminder at the top of my newsletter because parents are still ignoring this request-The safety of our children is paramount and you are comprising their safety if you stop or park on the zig zag lines!!

Welcome back to what promises to be a very busy half term in the run up to Christmas. Unfortunately present circumstances mean it is unlikely we’ll be able to invite parents into school for concerts, BUT plans are underway to ensure you are able to join in the festivities even though it will probably have to be remotely. Watch this space!

We were hoping to be able to offer after school clubs this half term but unfortunately current guidelines mean we are unable to do so during lockdown. Hopefully things will improve and we’ll be able to offer them in the not too distant future.

Just to confuse you-Our internal telephone system has changed-When calling school you now need to select OPTION 4 to talk to someone in the office.

A number of parents have enquired about school photos. I can confirm that the photographer is booked for the 29th April for individual pupil photos.

Havering Catering Services
Week beginning Monday 9th November is week 2 on the Havering catering services menu. All meals are served with unlimited salad and vegetables and cost £2.25. The menu can be accessed here (it says infant school but is the menu for both infants and juniors).

Please be reminded to top up your child’s catering account as we cannot provide dinners for pupils whose accounts exceed a debt of £10.
