Last week was UK Parliament Week in which the aim is to inspire interest in parliament, politics and democracy as well as encourage young people and the public to engage with the UK’s democratic system and institutions.
Year 6 pupils had to write a persuasive
paragraph about an issue that was important to them such as: environment, the
reduction of plastics, NHS, Global Warming etc. I was really impressed with
their efforts. Read some of their arguments
