Where is the Gruffalo?

Our Nursery children ventured into the deep, dark wood in search of the Gruffalo this week. Armed with maps they hunted high and low for the gruffalo with his knobbly knees and turned out toes and a poisonous wart at the end of his nose.
The children shrieked with excitement as they followed the trail and hunted for clues.
After a busy session of gruffalo hunting the children returned to Nursery for a Gruffalo style picnic
`Can we go Gruffalo hunting again`asked the children
The children clearly had a wonderful time.
