Save planet Earth!

Year 5 have been thinking carefully about protecting endangered species and taking small steps to help the environment. They each made a 'pledge to the planet' and some year 5 parents also made their pledges at our year 5 showcase. Some examples were:

  • Turning off computers, laptops and other electrical items, and reading a book
  • Stop using plastic bags and use recyclable bags
  • Using reusable water bottles
  • Walking and cycling more, over using their cars.
