Reception Newsletter Spring 2 Week 5
Spring 2: 19.03.18
Dear Parents/Carers,
Last week was an action packed week learning about Superheroes. The children have loved the theme and we have seen some of our best art work and writing because the children have been so involved in the theme. We will be continuing with the theme this week and our focus book will be `Superworm` by Julia Donaldson. Towards the end of the week we will be starting on some of our Easter activities. We will also be continuing with our Read, Write Inc programme and in maths we will be continuing to learn about 2D and 3D
On Monday the children will have the chance to meet the author Jeremy Strong.
Jeremy Strong has written over a hundred children`s books. He will be talking to each year group throughout the day ..
