Year 4 are starting our new topic in Geography. We will be looking at where food is traded from in order to understand why food is important to a country's security and climate.
Our first lesson focused on our world and being able to plot a map with its' key features. The pupils had to work together in groups to place the seven continents correctly and label the 5 oceans. They also had to draw the equator.
As an extension task, they had to think and discuss which country they believed had the worst food security and why.
