During the latest visit from the Thames Chase volunteers, Mr Darcy was kindly invited to lunch. f course he would never refuse an invitation like that. Before you could say 'cheese sandwich' he had positioned himself in the middle of the lunch circle and was eagerly looking for handouts from each of the volunteers.
Betsy isn't one to miss out on a treat. Seeing what Mr Darcy had acquired she quickly came over too.
Once lunch had finished it was back to work for the volunteers as they finished the installation of a new seating area, growing beds and the final improvements to the chicken coops.
