We were delighted to welcome Ardleigh Green Infants to Mead Farm and show them the animals. First they were introduced to Paige, Blue and Bertie... our three goats.
I didn't know that goats had rectangular pupils!
For once the goats didn't come exploring for food. The pupils had made the wise choice to leave their packed lunches outside the farm. Betsy and Mr Darcy both came over to say hello too.
Hugo was in the middle of his farm patrol and was more interested in trying to talk to the ducks than seeing the children.
The highlight was seeing Bobbi come over for a photo call and a stroke.
Bobbi looked so calm. I'd love to have a horse at school!
