The first week of University of Mead got off to a horrible start for the children taking the 'Horrid History' course. They learnt all about Queen Elizabeth I and discovered that she used thick white make up containing vinegar and lead to cover her small-pox scars and she brushed her teeth with sugar. No wonder they were so rotten and disgusting! The children then made their own masks to scare their parents with!
