Weekly Newsletter-Friday 28th June 2019

Dear Parents,
I have been approached by a local resident who has requested parents bringing/ collecting their children by car are more considerate and refrain from obstructing drives or parking in the private residents bays. There are plenty of parking bays in the park which is only a very short walk from school.

It was lovely to meet our new Reception parents this week-hopefully they are as excited about their children starting school as we are about welcoming them.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming parents for our Sports Days next week. I am keeping an eye on the weather forecast and at the moment it looks perfect; not too hot, but dry. However I will update the blog/facebook page if we need to postpone any of the events. Please ensure your children have sun hats, water bottles and if necessary please apply/send in sun cream.

Please be reminded smoking is prohibited on the school site-this includes vaping

SQUID PAYMENTS
At present there is an outstanding debt of over £2000 on SQUID accounts for school dinners. If parents don’t pay, their debt will have to be paid to Havering Catering service from the school’s budget. As I’m sure you can appreciate this will inevitably impact on the resources we are able to buy for the children. It is with regret that I have to inform you that:

AS OF MONDAY 1ST JULY, WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING SCHOOL DINNERS FOR PUPILS WHO HAVE A DEBT OF £10 OR MORE.
