What a lot of stars we have at Mead!
Thanks to the amazing efforts of all the pupils and parents to travel to school on their bikes and scooters, we have won the highest level of award for our school.'I am very proud to have achieved Gold Star level again this year,' said Mrs Eubanks, proudly. 'It's fantastic to see so many pupils (and even parents) coming to school on their bikes and scooters. This reduces congestion and pollution. In addition, it's really good for our health, and pupils can start the day feeling energised and able to focus better on their learning.'
