Year 2 have had a wonderful day visiting Langtons Park. We enjoyed the bus journey there and behaved so beautifully. We then explored the park. We loved feeding the ducks with special food. We loved watching the swan glide across the lake. Then, we did some pond dipping where we looked for creatures which live in the water. Next, we did a leaf hunt and tried to identify trees based on the leaves. We spotted holly, elder and oak. Finally, we had lunch and used some energy in the playground.
We were so lucky with the weather and a great day was had by all 🌳 🦢 🦆 🍃
