This week Barbados and Jamaica class had their first experiences of visiting forest school.
They did lots of geat noticing and listening in order to learn the boundaries of forest school and how to keep themselves and each other safe out there.
We played some games to warm up, Ninja stick was a firm favourite! Then they were all eager to explore the forest and the activities available.
Tree climbing was very popular for Barbados class with some children demonstrating great perseverance!
The mud kitchen was very busy with lots of wonderful creations being mixed and many children enjoyed making their very own leaf characters to take home.
We finished with a lovely story and a chance to reflect on our time in the forest. From the smiles on their faces a good time was had by all.
