Upcoming dates
Parent Open Day
Thursday 23rd March- Mother’s Day themed open day. Please come along to our open day to see what the children have been learning this term. There will be lots of opportunities to make Mother’s day related crafts with your child. All family members welcome..not just mums!
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT DUE TO DOORS BEING OPEN ALL DAY, PARENTS CANNOT LEAVE THEIR CHILDREN AT NURSERY ON THIS DAY UNLESS THEY ARE GOING TO STAY WITH THEM.
Farm Visit
As we are learning about farms for the next couple of weeks, we have organised for a farm to visit Mead Nursery on 27th March. They will set up the animal pens in the playground and children will have an opportunity to go and visit the animals. .
Parent/teacher consultations
Teachers will be available to talk to parents about their child’s progress on the 28th/29th March. Please sign your child’s name next to a time slot in the cloakroom.
Notices
If you get to Nursery early and are waiting outside for us to open, please do not let your children run around the parked cars. Thank you.
Outside play- When the weather is sunny and to develop children’s independence, children will be permitted to choose whether they wear their coat in the garden. Our outside area is very large and children get very hot running around. Please be aware that staff will do their best to make sure that children are comfortable during the day.
Times
Morning Nursery: 8.30am - 11.30am
Afternoon Nursery: 12.30pm - 3.30pm
Please be aware that morning Nursery children need to be collected at 11.30am at the latest. Please make sure you are outside our Nursery door at 11.20 ready to collect your child when we open the door. Children who are not collected by this time will be taken round to the main school office for late collection.
