School Council work to help reduce the use of plastic bottles

The school council led the assemblies and talked about their ideas and plans for the school. One of the ideas is to encourage the children to use reusable water bottles rather than single use plastic bottles.
Overall, choosing a reusable water bottle is clearly better for the environment in countless ways. They use less oil, release less carbon dioxide, they won't pack landfills, and they're good for water in general.
The school council are running a competition. They would like the children to design a poster encouraging children to use reusable water bottles rather than disposable ones. They should bring their posters into school. The closing date is the 31st March and the school council will judge them on the 1st April and award prizes for the best ones.
Good luck and help our planet.
