Reading is in the air.....................
What a wonderful morning the children of Reception had, bringing
their grown-ups in to share a story. There was lots of children eagerly searching
for their favourite book to read with their grown up, with some even taking on
the role of “story teller” and reading to the adult. It was lovely to see
parents joining in and sharing in a love of reading. One parent commented “It was lovely to spend time with my child
in her classroom”.
Thank you to all of those who were able to stay this morning
and for completing our evaluation form, your feedback is much appreciated.
We
will be holding another reading morning on Tuesday 6th November. We look forward to seeing you all then!
