The children became courtiers and servants of the Tudor period during their experience day. The tasks they completed were typical of that era, including writing with quills, soap making and sewing, among many others.
The afternoon featured a Tudor “banquet” — it is time to celebrate Henry’s new queen! Also a ‘show’ which the children took part in.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were immersed in the activities all day long. Taking part in this experience allowed them to fully understand what it was like to live in Tudor times.
