Dear Parents and Carers,

School Ping!

We have received a message from school ping about parents and carers who may be having technical difficulties using the School Ping App. The advice that they have shared is to check in your app stores that you are using app version 4.1, as well as the most up to date version of iOS or Android - As this is the main reason for experiencing technical issues. If you are still experiencing technical issues, or have any questions, then please let us know and we will be able to help you.

Attendance

On Thursday 25th May, Havering Attendance Team will be in school to provide support to parents and carers whose children’s attendance is currently below 90%. You will receive an invite via School Ping to come along to the session to find out more about the support that is available to you. There will also be a range of other professionals to answer questions and provide support. The session will take place in the KS2 hall. We look forward to seeing you there.

Punctuality

All children should be in school by 8:50am, arriving after this time means that your child will be marked as late. Arriving late to school means that the children lose learning time and miss opportunities. The doors open to all pupils at 8:30am. Please make sure that you get to school on time. If you need any support please let us know and we will be happy to help.

ABACUS Afterschool Club

We have had lots of inquiries about the After School Club. To register your interest in attending and to complete the registration process, please contact ABACUS directly on 07903 708764 (Between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm weekdays) or online http://www.abacusafterschoolclubs.com/.
