Despite the unsettled weather, forest school still went ahead for St Lucia and Barbados class. Last eek we listened to the story "Room on a broom" and today we got to collect items to put into cauldrons like the witch in the story. There were some very imaginative creations including a pumpkin broom.
Then we lit our first fire and used long stick to toast marshmallows. Barbados Class will get to toast their marshmallows next week as the rain did not hold off long enough for our fire to grow.
