Weekly Newsletter- 17th May 2019

Dear Parents,

This week has been especially busy in school: Well done to all pupils who have been sitting tests, but especially our year 6 children who have completed a gruelling week of SATs tests. Throughout the week they have remained calm and focused so hopefully they’ll reap the benefit when the results are published in July. I must also mention the year 6 team and other staff members who have come into school early to provide the year 6 children with a breakfast an the opportunity to ‘chill out’ with their friends prior to the tests.

DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS PARENTS ARE STILL DRIVING INTO THE CAR PARK TO DROP OFF/COLLECT PUPILS. THIS PRESENTS A PROBLEM, AS IT CAUSES CONGESTION FOR STAFF TRYING TO PARK AND PUTS ANYONE WALKING IN THE AREA AT RISK, WHICH IS ESPECIALLY WORRYING AS WE HAVE SOME DISABLED PUPILS WALKING IN THIS AREA.

THE CAR PARK IS FOR STAFF CARS AND PARENTS WITH DISABLED BADGES ONLY!
