Year Three World Book Day Fun!

Everyone in year three looked spectacular dressed as their favourite book characters! This was a special World Book Day, as it has reached its 25th anniversary. This year's theme is 'You are a reader', something every child in year three can celebrate - whether they love big novels like Harry Potter, picture books like The Lion Who Learned to Love, or instructions on how to be a professional football player!

We celebrated and shared our favourite books, with many students bringing in their book to be read out in class.

We joined hundreds of schools across the UK for their BBC Live World Book Day special, and saw costumes from Wales to Manchester.
