Dear Parents and Carers,
It has been wonderful welcoming the children back to school after the half term break. The weather has certainly changed since returning to school and cardigans, jumpers and coats are much needed at break and lunchtimes. Please make sure your child has a coat in school on all days.
As you are all aware we are working hard to improve attendance across the whole school this year. The children have been enjoying rolling the dice and moving around the Attendance-opoly board to receive a class reward. We know that attendance has been tricky throughout the first half term as we have navigated sickness bugs, coughs and colds and we really appreciate your continued support in improving our whole school attendance.
From Monday the children will be able to purchase poppies. Due to the limited number of Remembrance Day merchandise that we have received this will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We ask for a monetary donation of your choice for paper poppies and a £1 donation for any other merchandise that your child may wish to purchase.
