Dear Parents/Carers
This year, as part of the Year 4 curriculum, the children will have swimming lessons. Children will be expected to attend these every week just as they would a PE lesson. These lessons will start on Monday 16th September. Please ensure that your child has a swimming costume (not a bikini) or trunks, a towel and a swimming hat in school every Monday. Your child’s first swimming hat will be provided by the school. If they lose their hat, then there is a charge of £1.50 for a new one. Please note: No jewellery is allowed to be worn in the swimming pool.
