Jamaica class visit Harold Hill library

Jamaica class made us so proud as they took part in their first real school trip today. The children listened very carefully to instructions as we walked to Harold Hill library. Once at the library the children loved listening to a story and  then spent time browsing at the books and asking staff adults to read the books to them.
` I am going to look for books about dinosaurs`-enthused Sebastion
`I am going to find ones about Father Christmas ` said Victoria
whereas Jared quickly found a book to read about Michael Jackson.
It was clear that the range of books were very popular and the children were all allowed to choose one favourite book to take back to school.
`I loved visiting the library` said Kevin
and I`m sure Kevin`s feelings were shared with the whole of Jamaica class.
