Volunteering Super Hero Chelsea

We were extremely proud to hear about the community heroics of our pupil Chelsea. Littering is something that impacts on all of us and can spoil the parks and spaces in our area. Many people notice it, lots of them complain but very few take action.

When Mead pupil Chelsea saw the litter that had been left in Bosworth Field she didn't waste energy moaning about the problem, she decided to do something about it!

My daughter was delighted to be featured on the Harold Hill Community Page when her actions became known. With nearly 500 Likes and 200 Comments it has been great to see how the community has reacted positively to her efforts. I am so proud of of the way she took it upon herself to clean up Bosworth Field.

Well done to Chelsea for taking such a proactive role in helping to improve her local area. We hope that the sterling example she has set will inspire others to take greater care of the green spaces that we are so blessed to have in Harold Hill.
