Spring 1 Week 5
We hope you had a nice weekend ,thankfully the heavy snow did not arrive this time and we were able to safely stay open. Please keep an eye on the school website and the blog if the snow threatens again.
We are so pleased with how well the children are doing at Nursery. They are loving our story and rhymes section .So far we have enjoyed the stories of Goldilocks and the three bears, the 3 little pigs and the song 5 little ducks .This week we will be learning about Chinese New Year.2019 is the year of the pig.The children will be tasting chinese food amd participating in some Chinese crafts.
Plimsoles
Please can you make sure your child has a pair of plimsoles in school for our hall sessions
If you could send then in a named bag we would appreciate it.
Independence
Many of our children are getting more confident with putting on their coats ,hats and gloves. Please wherever possible we would appreciate you encouraging your child to do this at home as this can take up a lot of time at school.Thank you for your help with this
.Please remember to call the office if your child is unwell this saves office staff a lot of time in making phone calls home.
