Children's Mental Health Week

To celebrate Children's Mental Health week, Italy class learnt how to control their breathing in order to clear their mind and carried out some mindfulness tasks to promote their mental health and well being. The children also practiced yoga to promote positive mental health and calming techniques and to encourage focus.

"I feel like my mind is clear and I can concentrate better," stated Jacob.
"I practice yoga at home and it chills me out," said Hamit.
