In art, year one finished making their beautiful 3D birds.
They carefully made delicate wings, beaks, tails, and bodies using pencil, chalk, oil pastel, watercolour and ink.
Out of different types of paper, they cut shapes, folded, scrunched and shaped the different parts.
Lastly, little feet made from paper clips were attached so that they could stand.
It took several weeks and the final creations were delightful.
