We hope you had a nice weekend and are coping with this cold weather.
We are so pleased with how well the children are doing at Nursery. We enjoyed the story of The 3 little pigs last week and are now moving onto the story of Goldilocks and the three bears. We will be reading the story and reenacting and we will be getting to taste delicious porridge.
Plimsoles
Please can you make sure your child has a pair of plimsoles in school for our hall sessions
If you could send then in a named bag we would appreciate it.
Independence
Many of our children are getting more confident with putting on their coats ,hats and gloves. Please wherever possible we would appreciate you encouraging your child to do this at home as this can take up a lot of time at school.Thank you for your help with this
In ‘Join up January’ – good news from libraries!
Havering Library Service no longer charge children library fines for books taken out on their tickets and as it’s ‘Join up January’ we hope this will encourage you to join your child to your local library and take advantage of all the thousands of free story books, factual books and e-books that it offers.
