This week in maths year 3 are learning about capacity.
Earlier in the week, they used their prediction skills to estimate the size of a puddle from containers with different capacities. The children drew a circle with chalk on the playground and then poured the water out to form a puddle. Lots of the class had very close predictions, as you can see from the photos below!
