Mindfulness go forest bathing!
For the last week in our mindfulness University of Mead group, we went on a mini-adventure and went forest bathing! We enjoyed a short meditation using four of our senses to identify what we could see, hear, smell and feel in the forest. To help us with this, we completed a nature scavenger hunt and had fun finding mushrooms, birds and butterflies! Some children even made some nature collages on the forest floor!
