Year 3 - Forest School -Week

Year 3 were busy and focused this afternoon as they took on the survival in the forest challenge. They made shelters, built fires (for warmth/protection and cooking purposes), created toilet areas and scavenged for food. They thought of ways to entertain themselves including making music and playing games. We even had a ‘Hello’ sign (shown below), written on the floor to welcome guests to one base. They were pleased to be able to share their creations with their peers and encouraged each other noting what each group had done well. A great afternoon of creativity Year 3.
