Dear Parents and Carers,
Key Worker & Vulnerable Bubble Arrangements
Thank you to those of you who completed the Google form and to those who contacted the school with questions or updated family information. I very much appreciate your support with this; it has made the planning process this weekend much easier. Currently, we have been told that this arrangement will be in place for 2 weeks (until Friday 15th January). However, this will be reviewed by the DfE and there is a possibility this could be further extended. I will continue to update you as new information is shared with schools.
On the next page is a summary of the key information for families who applied for a bubble place though the Google form. In line with DfE guidance, these places are strictly reserved for parents who are key workers and those defined as vulnerable.
Once the bubble children are in school and settled tomorrow morning, I will be meeting with key staff to review our staffing arrangements and the online learning.

Bubble start date - Monday 4th January 2021
Bubble finish date - Friday 15th January 2021 (this is subject to DfE review and may be extended)
School start time (Monday to Friday) 8:30 am
School finish time (Monday to Thursday) 3:00pm
School finish time (Friday) 1:00pm
Uniform - Full school uniform must be worn. PE kits should be in school every day.
Lunch - School dinners or packed lunch.
Bubble Learning - Children will complete the online learning set for their year group.
In addition, they will have additional learning set (e.g. PE, PSHE)
Bubble Staff - Where possible, bubbles will have staff from your child’s year group. This may not always be possible as we do not have a full complement of staff and we are developing a rota to ensure staff can work from home where possible.
