In RE, we have been learning about the Hindu faith. Today, we have looked at the importance of the Hindu pilgrimage to Kumbh Mela. During this pilgrimage, Hindus would place paper boats filled with flowers in the Ganges (a river in North India) as an offering. In year 4 we made our own paper boats and decorated them with things that we are thankful for. We found making the boats a lot harder than we thought!
