Weekly Newsletter
Friday 20th June 2025
Dear Parents and Carers,
It’s been another fantastic week of learning across the school! The children have been fully engaged in their lessons, showing great curiosity, resilience, and enthusiasm. From exploring new topics in English and maths to taking part in creative projects and collaborative group work, it’s been wonderful to see their confidence and independence grow.
We are currently in the process of proofreading end-of-year reports, and it has been a pleasure to reflect on the tremendous progress made by all pupils throughout the year. These reports highlight not just academic achievement, but also the personal growth, positive attitudes, and determination shown by our children. We look forward to sharing them with you soon.
This week, a group of children also had the opportunity to meet with school governors to talk about how we stay safe in school and what to do if we need help. The children spoke confidently and maturely about the importance of trusted adults, living by our Mead Creed, and how we take care of ourselves and each other. We are very proud of how clearly and thoughtfully they represented the views of their peers.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support—it plays such an important role in your child’s success and wellbeing at school.
Kindest regards,
Ms A Holmes
Headteacher
