A little reminder to please complete and return your child’s
flu immunisation form by this Friday 28th September. If you do not
wish your child to receive the immunisation we still require you to complete
the form and return it back to us.
If you have not yet returned your child’s health check form,
could you please return this to your child’s teacher by Friday.
