Well done to Millie Mae Madgewick, a pupil in Barbados class. Millie Mae was featured in the Ilford Recorder this week as she represented Ilford Indoor Bowls Club in a competition when another competitor had to drop out.
THE OTHER COMPETITORS WERE ALL ADULTS AND MILLIE IS ONLY 5!
Millie won the competition for her team in the 7th end when her ball landed directly on the jack.
Millie said she was a 'little nervous but very pleased with the final result.'
