Reception Parent Workshop

Calling all Reception parents

On Friday 13th October at 2.30pm we would like to invite you to a Read, Write Inc workshop. As your child embarks on their Read, Write Inc journey we would like to provide you with further information on how we teach your child/ren letter sounds, show you what a phonic lesson looks like and provide you with information on how best to support your child/ren at home.

We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

What an amazing start to Year 2!

We are so pleased with how the children have settled into the new routines and structure of year 2.

They have shown their 'readiness' to learn, their 'respect' for eachother and how they can work and play 'safely' and cooperatively to make our environment a wonderful place to learn.

Here are some snaps of a few things they have been doing in subjects like music, geography, art, maths and literacy.

We love Year 2 has been echoed by so many children!
Well done to everyone.
