A Celebrity in Year Three!

All the students and teachers are excited to share with you that our very own Tommy is appearing on a show on BBC iPlayer, named Teeny Tiny Creatures!

Tommy makes his first (we're sure of many) TV appearance in the episode titled 'Grasshoppers', with Chantelle and Rory.

Tommy shares his enthusiasm with some great questions about Grasshoppers, and some excellent dance moves at the end.

Well done Tommy!

Painting with Frank Sinatra

In Wales this week, we combined painting and music to explore rhythm in a variety of songs! This half term, students are learning about the music of Frank Sinatra, and Wales Class were excellent at keeping the beat to the classic New York, New York!

We used paint to mark the beat, creating a visual picture of the song. After Mr. Sinatra, the children explored painting the feeling and character of the music of Taylor Swift, and of course the classic Old Town Road!

It's clear we have some very talented artists and musicians in this class!
