Old Macdonald Farm

Wow! It was almost a week since reception visited Old Macdonald's farm and what a great day we all had. Thankfully the weather held out and we all got to experience the wonderful things the farm had to offer. Our first stop was seeing the different animals; we met some piglets and their mum's called sausage and bacon. Then got up close to a rabbit called Reggie before seeing some sheep, a beautiful Shetland pony who we got to stroke, meerkats, otters, guinea pigs and an array of other animals. One of the highlights from our trip was lunchtime when we got to refuel ahead of the afternoon fun on the rides and soft play the farm had to offer. It is safe to say memories were made, laughter was shared and a truly memorable day was had by all, with Savannah summing up her experience by saying "This is a very fun day!".
