Parent Hub-Summer Fete
In support of the Summer Fete we will be having a non uniform day on Monday 26th June in exchange of donating a prize towards the tombola. The Parent Hub will collect these donations at school drop off. Donations for the tombola would be new or very good condition 2nd hand toys, games, kids activities, sweets, chocolates or unwanted new gifts. You may also wish to send in any bottled item for the bottle tombola. Of course, don’t feel that you have to donate, your child can enjoy the fun of non uniform day anyway!
The Parent Hub are still looking for volunteers, If you are able to give some of your time to support our school, please contact Parent Hub directly at parenthub.mead@learningfederation.org.uk
Parking
This week we have had some complaints from our neighbours regarding some parents parking on a dropped curb and blocking driveways which is impacting our school community and neighbours. The wellbeing of the children of Mead Primary continues to be our top priority and we ask that all parents and carers park considerately. Sports Day
Please see below the dates for Yrs R-6 sport days. Parents are welcome to come and watch on the front of the field. Please ensure your child has a water bottle, suncream on and hat in case the weather is warm.

New Reception intake meeting
We are looking forward to welcoming the parents of our New Reception classes to the information evening on Thursday 22nd June. The meeting is taking place at 5pm in the KS2 hall. If you are attending please use gate 1. There will be a member of staff in place to direct you.
