Kings and Queens start Germany's Cultural Week!

To start off our cultural week, we learned about family trees, and just how close England is to our classroom's country!

Starting with our very regal Queen Victoria from the House of Hanover and Prince Albert from Saxe Coburg Gotha: 

To their children, and the abdication of King Edward VIII:

And his marriage to Wallis Simpson....

.....and the eventual transformation to the House of Windsor, we had fun learning a little about our royal family, our class country, and applied our Roman Numeral knowledge in the process!
