Palau Class Forest School

The sun was shining for Palau classes' last forest school of the year. We thought about caterpillars and butterflies. Then we made holes in leaves like caterpillars, threaded elder twigs onto pipe cleaners to make wiggly caterpillars. After that, we used natural materials to make butterflies. There was also lots of imaginative play with mud and sticks used to create a hedgehog and pretending to be statues in trees. We all enjoyed our sunny afternoon.
